About this policy

VisitTrack is a browser extension developed by Dr.Mohammed Al Saleem to help authorized healthcare professionals review clinical documentation in Raqeem and prepare Excel reports.

This policy covers the VisitTrack extension and this privacy policy website. It does not replace the privacy, retention, or access policies of Raqeem, your healthcare organization, your browser, or any service you choose to use to store or share exported files.

VisitTrack relies on your existing Raqeem access. It does not provide permission to access a record that your account is not authorized to access, and it does not create or edit clinical records.

Information VisitTrack accesses

Depending on the records available to your account and the function you use, VisitTrack may read:

• Patient identifiers and demographics: These data are not saved in the extension’s persistent storage or on the developer’s servers.
• Visit and provider information: visit number, date, type, status, department, facility, and physician name or other care-provider details.
• Clinical information: complaints, present illness, medical and surgical history, examination findings, diagnoses, doctor notes, recommendations, care plans, goals, and related record details returned for the requested visits.
• Raqeem session context: authentication tokens and other session or organization context already available in the signed-in Raqeem page, as needed to make authorized requests to Raqeem. VisitTrack does not ask for your Raqeem password.
• Files you select: the contents of VisitTrack Excel files you choose to merge.

The extension also records a local activation flag after successful activation. This flag indicates whether the extension has been activated; it is not a copy of the activation password.

How information is used

VisitTrack uses this information to search and display records, read worklist visits, retrieve clinical details from Raqeem, identify unavailable documentation sections, and produce the reports you request.

Reports can include individual visit results, an overview of clinical documentation, and physician-level summaries. Documentation completeness is calculated from the presence of information in seven clinical sections. This score measures documentation presence, not clinical quality, medical accuracy, or the quality of a physician’s care.

The Merge function reads selected Excel files locally and combines their report information in your browser. It does not upload these files to the developer.

Storage and retention

• Browser memory: records, search results, session context, and working caches may remain in memory while a Raqeem tab or extension interface is running. Closing or reloading the relevant page normally clears that page’s in-memory data. Closing an extension panel alone may not clear data held by the underlying page.
• Extension storage: VisitTrack uses chrome.storage to retain a boolean activation status. It does not use this storage to save the activation password, patient records, or Raqeem authentication tokens.
• Excel exports: downloaded workbooks remain in the location you or your browser select until you delete them. VisitTrack does not automatically remove exported files. Your device, backup, or cloud-sync settings may create additional copies.
• Source records: Raqeem and your healthcare organization manage the original records and their retention. Removing VisitTrack does not remove those records.

The developer does not maintain a separate database of the patient records processed by VisitTrack.

Requests to supported Raqeem services use HTTPS. Excel exports are ordinary local files; VisitTrack does not encrypt or password-protect them. Use your organization’s approved storage and sharing controls for these files.

Sharing and disclosure

Clinical requests are sent to the supported Raqeem service through your existing authenticated session. VisitTrack does not send patient records, selected Excel files, or Raqeem authentication tokens to developer-operated servers, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or external AI services.

Use of information accessed through the extension is limited to its record-review, documentation-reporting, export, and merge functions. The developer does not sell patient information or use it for advertising, creditworthiness assessments, or lending decisions. Exporting a workbook creates a file under your control; any later sharing, emailing, uploading, or syncing of that file is governed by your actions and the services you use.

If you contact the developer, your sender email address and the information you voluntarily include in your message will be used to respond to your request and retained as needed to provide support. Please avoid sending patient identifiers, clinical records, authentication tokens, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Browser permissions

• activeTab: supports identifying the active tab when you invoke the extension and checking whether it is a supported Raqeem page.
• scripting: enables the extension’s packaged JavaScript and styles to run on supported pages, display VisitTrack controls, and read information needed for its functions.
• storage: keeps the local activation flag between uses.
• Host access: allows integration with https://raqeem.anat.sa/* and https://moh.raqeem.sa/*, including worklist detection and requests within your signed-in session.

These permissions support the extension’s Raqeem integration. VisitTrack does not request access to all websites.

Your choices and responsibilities

You can stop a running batch using its Stop control, close or reload relevant pages to clear their working memory, and disable or uninstall the extension through your browser. Clearing the extension’s stored data or uninstalling it removes its local activation setting.

You can delete downloaded reports from your device and any locations to which you copied or synced them. Disabling or uninstalling the extension does not delete these files.

Use VisitTrack only with records you are authorized to access and follow your organization’s rules for handling health information and exports. Direct requests to access, correct, or delete source medical records to the responsible healthcare organization. Contact the developer below for questions about VisitTrack’s handling of information or information you sent directly to the developer.

Privacy on this policy website

This is a static website hosted through Cloudflare. It does not include advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or application tracking cookies. Opening this page does not transfer your VisitTrack patient records or Excel files to the website.

To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, and may retain operational or security logs under its applicable practices. This hosting activity is separate from the clinical information processed locally by the extension.

Email contact opens your chosen email application or service. Any information you send is subject to that service’s handling as well.

Changes and privacy questions

This policy may be updated when VisitTrack’s features or data-handling practices change. The effective and last-updated dates appear at the top of this page. Changes to data handling will be described in the updated policy.
